FOR PRODUCERS & PARTNERS
CALYPSO is an immersive musical experience conceived for the water’s edge. The Twin Shell Theatre embodies this vision. Its curved audience shell brings about 1,200 spectators close to the action, while the sea becomes part of the performance.
CALYPSO premiered at Helsinki’s Hartwall Arena in 2002, with 11 performances attended by approximately 20,000 spectators. Its music and libretto now form the foundation for a new immersive production conceived for the sea.
A MUSICAL WITH A STAGE HISTORY
LET’S BRING CALYPSO AND THE TWIN SHELL THEATRE TO LIFE
We welcome producers, destination developers, and venue partners interested in shaping this integrated vision together, each contributing their expertise to its artistic, technical, and financial development.
